About Mind First Project
Mind First, an initiative by Mindy, is focused on equipping young people (ages 14-20) in Bangladesh with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) skills. The initiative aims to reduce stigma surrounding mental health, promote early intervention strategies, and foster resilient communities.
