About Mindy
Mindy is a youth-led organization dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, providing emotional support, and fostering resilience among young people. We aim to make mental health resources accessible to all, especially youth, by empowering them with the knowledge and tools to address mental health challenges. Through impactful programs and collaborations, Mindy works toward a world where mental well-being is prioritized and no one feels alone in their struggles.
About Mind First Project
Mind First, an initiative by Mindy, focuses on equipping young people (ages 14-20) in Bangladesh with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) skills. Supported by the UNESCO Global Youth Grant funded by SEVENTEEN’s #GoingTogether campaign, the project addresses youth mental health challenges through awareness campaigns, peer support networks, and a sustainable train-the-trainer model. The initiative aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, promote early intervention strategies, and foster resilient communities.
