Position Overview
As a Multimedia Officer, you will be responsible for creating visual and multimedia content that promotes the Mind First project and its goals. Your work will include producing videos, graphics, and other digital assets to engage audiences and raise awareness about mental health. You will also contribute to the project’s communication efforts by working closely with the Communication Officer to ensure that multimedia content aligns with project objectives and enhances outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, infographics, and other visual assets, to support the Mind First project.

• Collaborate with the Communication Officer to align multimedia content with project messaging and communication strategies.

• Develop and edit videos for social media, workshops, and training sessions.

• Produce visually appealing graphics for promotional materials, including social media posts, banners, and flyers.

• Ensure multimedia content is accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.

• Manage multimedia tools, software, and platforms needed for content creation and distribution.

• Assist in organizing and promoting project events, workshops, and campaigns through visual content.

• Optionally travel within Dhaka or outside Dhaka for multimedia support at events (travel is not mandatory).

Qualifications

• College-level students or university first- and second-year students.

• Strong interest in multimedia production, graphic design, and video editing.

• Proficiency in multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).

• Experience in video production, graphic design, and content creation is a plus but not required.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.

• Fluency in Bengali and English is preferred.
